A file row is one attachment stored in the project. A 💬 prefix means the file has a comment. The size is shown next to the name when Show file size is on. Files the browser cannot preview are dimmed. Their tooltip says to download them from this menu.
Click a viewable file (image, PDF, text, audio, video) to open a preview. Ctrl or Cmd click adds or removes the file from a multi-selection. Shift click selects a range of files in the same folder. With a file selected, Up and Down move to the previous or next visible file and open it when it can be previewed. Drag the row onto a folder, or onto Files, to move it. Drop on the top or bottom edge of a sibling file to reorder files.
Right-click the row to open the menu. On a touch screen, press and hold the row. Some entries appear only for certain file types. When several files are selected and this row is one of them, Open, Edit, Convert to PDF, Download, and Delete act on that selection and show a count.
