Sequence
A sequence row is one assembly procedure. The active sequence is highlighted. Use the arrow to expand it. Inside are 0: Assembled and the procedure's steps.
Click the sequence name to make it the active procedure. Objects return to that sequence's assembled position, the same as choosing the sequence in the Assembly panel.

Step
0: Assembled is the assembled pose of its sequence. Each following row is one step, numbered from 1, for example 1: Place cover. The current position is highlighted. A tooltip that mentions a camera means a camera was saved with that step.
Click 0: Assembled or a step to jump there, the same as the step buttons in the Assembly panel. Clicking a step in another sequence makes that sequence active first. With a step selected, Up and Down activate the previous or next position of the same sequence.
